Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open scanEZ from the Notes client toolbar
Once scanEZ is open, you can click the Set (or Unset) button right beside the Enforce consistent ACL accross all replicas of this database check box. With scanEZ you can change this option locally, even if it is not accessible using the Notes client.
