Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open signEZ from the Notes client toolbar. In the signEZ menu go to Database > Open current signEZ database... to open the signEZ database.
The signEZ database opens with the saved settings view (if not click the Goto Saved Settings action button), which lists the different signature settings you may have for all your databases.
Click the Create button to create a brand new signature setting. Select a database in the window that appears, and then click OK. A signEZ window opens. This is where you select your design elements and choose the settings you want to use and eventually save. Once you are satisfied with your settings click the Save button. If you want to change the settings at a later date, use the Edit button to make any additonal changes.
(For fully licensed users: To use the saved settings, simply select them and click the Execute button to begin the signing process with your saved settings.)
