If you wish to receive priority technical support and receive software updates throughout the year, you need to purchase "Software Maintenance" for your software.

As part of your Software Maintenance, you will receive all maintenance releases, including major version updates during your maintenance coverage period. New releases often include many new features, improvements, requests by customers, and the peace of mind of knowing that your software products are always up-to-date with the newest IBM Notes (formerly IBM Lotus Notes) releases.

Software Maintenance subscription for licensed product(s) includes:

  • Customer support via email (24-hour response during business hours).
  • Updates and the latest product releases for your existing software.
  • Email notification of available releases.
  • Email notification of product issue resolutions.

Software Maintenance subscriptions are available in one or two-year periods.

1 - year maintenance: includes one year of support and software updates
2 - year maintenance: includes two years of support and software updates


Note: We only support the latest version of our software. If you do not to renew your maintenance, please maintain a copy of the purchased software for your own convenience.
