Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc...) on your workspace, open scanEZ from the Notes client toolbar. Click to expand the Conflicts tree. Select any conflict document from the list to see its actual contents and field values. Alternatively, you can click the Conflicts Solver button, it also automatically scans the current database and finds all save or replication conflicts.

Next, simply using your mouse, click the corresponding checkboxes to select exactly which field values (from any conflicting document) you want to keep. Avoid comparing the fields manually with the Show only fields with different values... button, that way you can focus on the fields that are in conflict. The selections you make are color coded, making it easy to identify the changes you make before clicking the Solve button. Then click Yes to confirm.

Also, if you set the option Check documents for conflicts, whenever you select a document, the Conflict Solver button will appear if the current document has a conflict.
